Meet Our Team

Jonathan Lastname

Senior Pastor

Pastor Kevin Diggs has spent over 10 years in ministry with gifts and graces in leadership development, mentoring, evangelism and discipleship, as well as church growth.  He is passionate about connecting with others and building meaningful relationships. He strives to love people like Jesus and make sure they know there is a God who loves them, no matter their past. Upon surrendering to the call into the ministry, Kevin promised the Lord that he would preach God’s Word and shepherd His people.
Prior to surrendering to the call into pastoral ministry, his career was in theatre management and event production and promotion, as well as lighting design. While working at SMU and Dallas Summer Musicals, he learned many important elements of theatre such as relationships, timing and logistics.  His background in theater management created lifelong skills that have strengthened his ministry.
He and his wife Aimee are natives of Dallas but have served Methodist congregations in Grandview and Frost and Blooming Grove churches in Navarro County. 
Kevin’s wife, Aimee, is a social worker for McClennan County, and they have one daughter, Gracie, who is a graduate of the Texas Tech Nursing School.  During their free time, they enjoy antiquing and spending time with family, and their two pugs, Lucy and Daisy in addition to Winston, the corgi.

Kasi Plett
Children's Coordinator

Jesus said, “Let the children alone, and do not hinder them from coming to Me; for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these” (Matthew 19:14 NASB1995). Children and students are an important part of our ministry. Kasi coordinates the weekly children's message, plans and organizes Wiggle Worship, orchestrates Vacation Bible School, and manages many activities throughout the year to share the love of Christ with the children and families of the multiple communities connected to Mooreville Methodist Church.

Russell Easley
Music Director

Russell Easley is a multi talented musician who has been a part of our music program for years. He leads our Praise Team and our Chancel Choir. We are blessed to have him as part of our team.

Madison Elliott
Marketing Director

Our goal is to bring Christ to as many people as possible. Our Marketing Director provides graphics and expertise through worship service slides during, social media posts, our newsletter and other ways we communicate.
